cakephp not work in godaddy shared hosting

I tried using internal rewrite, the main page shows but thats it. Any
access to ex:http://www.site.com/logins/ will just return a 404 not found
error.

how to enable the mod_rewrite in shared hosting

.pls help me its very urgent
